Wine Vernissage – the Magic of Winter Discoveries

Chisinau will host the 15th edition of the Wine Vernissage. The Winter edition of the event will be celebrated on December 14. The Wine Vernissage is actually a promotion of wine culture and consumption of quality wines in Moldova.

Event area:  Palace of the Republic, Chisinau.

The winter edition of the Wine Vernissage is about wines and sparkling wines. 

As a result, the event will give everyone the opportunity to discover hundreds of premium quality wines from local wineries. The event will take place in a magic atmosphere with the sound of music of the ballet “The Nutcracker”.

The guests will have the  opportunity to taste unusual wines, typical for the seasons – red, dessert and sparklings wines. In addition, each guest will savor wines from more than 65 local wine producers. Most importantly, professional sommeliers will guide you during the tastings.

Certainly, visitors will enjoy a free glass of «Wine of Moldova» as a welcome drink. Moreover, at the Wine Vernissage, every visitor will vote for  his favorite wine offered for tasting. The most popular will get the award the traditional winter trophies like “Vernisaj în Roşu” and “Vernisaj Efervescent”. The guests will not miss a chance to buy favourite wines directly from producers at attractive prices. Finally,  participate in various contests.

The Wine Vernissage is a matter of the National Office for Vine and Wine, the Association of Wine Producers and Exporters, with the support of the – USAID Competitiveness Project Moldova.
